Your brief and messages

The brief fields prepare text in your browser. The website does not send their contents to a form server. Preparing the brief places the text in your clipboard. The “Open in my email app” button passes it to your email application to prepare a draft. If you choose Gmail or Outlook, the text is included in the link that opens that service in your own account, and Google’s or Microsoft’s privacy policies then apply. You decide whether to send it. Avoid unnecessary sensitive data or information about other people.

If you email us, we receive your email address, any name you provide, your message and attachments. We use them to respond, prepare a quote and handle your enquiry. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract or, for other questions, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Only information needed to answer is required; budget and timing are optional. No newsletter subscription is triggered.

Recipients and providers

Gregory Navis handles enquiries. Business email is hosted by OVHcloud (Zimbra). A copy of incoming messages is forwarded to Google’s Gmail. OpenAI and its providers, including Cloudflare for delivery and security, process technical data needed to operate the website: IP addresses, requests, browser information and security logs. The form does not send your brief to image or video generation tools.

Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Applicable safeguards, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where relevant, are described in the Google privacy policy, OpenAI privacy policy and Cloudflare privacy policy. Contact us for further information.

Retention

Correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to handle and follow up the enquiry. Relevant criteria include progress of the enquiry, any resulting service, legal obligations and the need to preserve evidence in a dispute. Contractual and accounting records follow applicable legal retention periods. Hosted technical data follows the relevant providers’ retention policies; it is not a marketing database managed by this website.

Cookies and video

No advertising or audience analytics tool is integrated in the website code. Videos are served directly, without embedded YouTube or Vimeo players. Hosting may set the security cookie __cf_bm, observed on this website, to identify automated traffic and protect the service. Cloudflare states that it expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. You can manage cookies through your browser. Blocking technical cookies may affect access. If non-essential trackers are added later, they will require consent where applicable.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Under French law you may also give instructions about your data after your death. Contact Gregory Navis using the details above. We normally respond within one month, subject to legally permitted extensions. Identity verification may be requested where necessary. You may complain to the French supervisory authority, the CNIL.
