A real place.
Imagined scenes.
In Mont-Tremblant, Quebec, the Le Maître project centres on high-end houses and chalets around an existing golf course. The film draws on real images of the site and AI-created lifestyle scenes to evoke that way of life.

The brief: bring a property development to life
The client was developing new houses and chalets for sale in a setting where the golf course and some amenities already existed. The aim was to create a lifestyle film from that real setting: moments of life, activities and an atmosphere that help viewers imagine themselves there.
The starting material: images of the location
Photographs, images of the golf course and surrounding landscape, and a drone shot served as references. They established the project’s visual context and provided the starting point for a film containing lifestyle scenes that had not been filmed.
AI creation: imagining the activities
Characters and situations were recreated with AI: playing golf, fishing, canoeing and playing tennis. These scenes were created for the film and animated using AI video generation. The work brings together real source material, generated scenes and Gregory Navis’s editing.
What this hybrid approach demonstrates
The project illustrates a way to use AI in a property film: start from the visual references of an existing place, then imagine lifestyle scenes around it. Real landscapes provide the context; generated scenes offer an interpretation of life there. For a similar project, the brief defines what must be represented accurately and what can be staged.
